The directors at Lancashire Trade Frames are pleased to announce the appointment of Jason Hollings as Operations Director to the board, marking an exciting new chapter for the company as it continues to strengthen its leadership and commitment to excellence in the industry.
MD Mark Rowland describes talking to his partner and fellow director Belinda about the appointment. “When we were describing the qualities we were looking for in an Operations Director, we knew Jason would be perfect.”
Jason Hollings is a long-serving employee of the Bury-based fabrication business. There are no prizes for guessing that, after discussions, the decision was made to talk to Jason about the position.
Hollings knew he had many new ideas he could implement, had been with the business for years, knew everything inside out and had a great working relationship with colleagues at all levels. He understood the industry, the needs of customers and the challenges of operating in a highly competitive market.
Jason Hollings was formally appointed Operations Director towards the back end of 2024 and Mark Rowland is very happy about that. He said, “It feels right, and it is right. What’s more, it’s a fitting reward for Jason’s commitment, dedication and performance throughout the years he’s been with the team.” He added, “It might seem strange to welcome an existing employee, but Jason is stepping up, and we’re delighted to welcome him to the Lancs Trade board.”
