4 Cladding Services Shortlisted

4 Cladding Services, one of the UK’s largest specialist suppliers of vacuum lifting equipment for roofing and cladding, has been shortlisted for the LEEA’s Excellence in People Awards, which recognises companies that prioritise the growth and development of its people.

Making the shortlist highlights 4 Cladding Services’ commitment to investing in its people and building technical competence, providing opportunities for employees to gain industry-recognised qualifications, such as the LEEA Lifting Accessories Diploma, a nationally recognised qualification in the testing, inspection, examination and maintenance of lifting accessories.

This achievement also recognises the company’s efforts in developing professional talent, with 100% of its lifting accessories technicians now holding the LEEA’s Lifting Accessories Diploma, helping them develop the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles effectively and strengthen customer confidence.

In a competitive market where formal accreditation is not always maintained across an entire team, 4 Cladding Services creates a clear point of differentiation by supporting its employees and customers, raising the industry standard and setting an example for others in the sector to follow.

Tom Spence, Managing Director at 4 Cladding Services, says: “Investing in our people is one of the most important things we can do as a business. It is more than just achieving qualifications, it provides an opportunity to develop our team’s skills and contribute to company growth. This is why we were committed to putting all six team members through the training, rather than just one or two senior members.”
Tom continues: “Now, we have multiple team members with the knowledge and confidence to carry out their work to the highest standards. We are proud of what the team has achieved, including being shortlisted for the Excellence in People Award.”

The annual LEEA Awards, hosted by the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association, celebrate achievements across the global lifting industry, recognising high standards, excellence, innovation and safety practices.

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at the Rum Warehouse in Liverpool on Tuesday 24th November.
