Keylite Roof Windows has won ‘Best Building Fabric Product’ at the Housebuilder Product Awards for its ModuLite system, marking the second time it has received the accolade.
The Housebuilder Product Awards recognise solutions and innovations supporting the housebuilding sector, with winners selected by a panel including representatives from the Future Homes Hub, NHBC and national housebuilders.
Over the past year, Keylite has focused on developing products that support the transition to low-carbon homes, aligning with Part L and the Future Homes Standard (FHS).
The ModuLite dormer system is designed to enhance thermal performance while supporting compliance with evolving regulations. It can be installed alongside solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, enabling housebuilders to meet FHS requirements without compromising visual design.
The system also provides increased natural light compared to traditional dormers, helping to create brighter and more usable top-floor spaces. Its design allows for improved internal space without the visual impact often associated with additional storeys.
Jim Blanthorne, Managing Director of Keylite Roof Windows Group, said: “We are delighted to have won the title of Best Building Fabric Product for our ModuLite system at this year’s Housebuilder Product Awards. We would like to thank the housebuilders we partner with for their continued support.
“This past year, we have focused on developing products that help housebuilders meet evolving regulations, contribute to the UK’s net zero target by 2050, and deliver cost efficiencies.”
As a result of the win, Keylite has also been named a finalist in the ‘Product of the Year’ category at the 2026 Housebuilder Awards.
