Haffner has further strengthened its customer support package with the introduction of two dedicated digital management apps designed to give fabricators greater visibility and control throughout the lifecycle of their machinery investment.
The new Project Management System and Service Management apps are available across Haffner’s complete Haffner, Graf Synergy and FOM Industrie machinery portfolio and form part of the company’s ongoing commitment to delivering a connected and responsive customer experience.
Matt Thomas, Managing Director at Haffner, said: “Investing in fabrication machinery is a significant commitment and our customers rightly expect high levels of support at every stage. These new digital management apps give them greater visibility, make communication more efficient and provide easy access to the information they need, when they need it.”
The Project Management System app is available to customers from the point a new machine is ordered. It provides a clear overview of the order status, allowing customers to track their machinery as it progresses through the various stages, with live status information through to confirmed delivery and installation dates.
Matt said: “There are inevitably a lot of moving parts when new machinery is being manufactured, delivered and installed. The Project Management System brings the information together in one place, giving customers greater transparency while ensuring everyone involved is working from the same up-to-date information.”
Haffner’s second app focuses on ongoing machinery servicing and technical support.
Through the secure Service Management app, customers can raise and manage machinery service requests directly through the system. Both customers and the Haffner service team can upload photographs and supporting information, helping engineers quickly understand the nature of an issue and respond effectively.
Each request creates a fully traceable, real-time record, providing a clear history of the issue, information supplied and action being taken. It also allows Haffner to maintain an accurate service history for the machinery.
Matt continued: “Machinery technology continues to evolve and the support surrounding it needs to keep pace too. By combining high-quality machinery with intelligent digital support, we can give our customers greater visibility from the moment they place an order and continued support throughout the lifetime of their investment.”
Both apps are available to download through the Haffner website and are fully responsive across all devices.
