Charlotte Rutt has joined the administration team at The Window Company (Contracts), as the commercial installer continues to invest in resident liaison and customer care.

Charlotte’s role is to liaise with social housing residents, whose windows and doors are being replaced as part of The Window Company (Contracts)’ ongoing partnerships with the likes of Moat Housing and Ashford Borough Council, to book in their surveys and installations.

Alongside Katie Thornton, Director of Compliance and Administration and Administration Assistant Ezgi Byram, Charlotte ensures residents are kept fully informed about every stage of their installation and that any concerns or questions they might have are answered promptly and efficiently.

A key aspect of the service they provide is a ‘phone popping’ tool linked to The Window Company (Contracts)’ 58,000 record property database, which means they can greet residents by name when they call and instantly access all the details of their property.

This also means Charlotte and the team can easily track and record all the feedback they get from residents on their window and door replacements and generate project and KPI status reports for clients quickly and easily.

Charlotte is enjoying being part of the close knit team and says: “There is a real culture of customer service here and that is underpinned by processes and technologies which make sure we can deliver what we promise. As a business, we’re routinely achieving customer satisfaction scores of 98.4% and we’re all focused on maintaining and even improving on that.”
