Jade Appoints QHSE Manager

Jade has appointed Richard Lawrence to the newly created role of QHSE Manager, supporting the company’s focus on quality systems, operational standards and customer satisfaction.

Lawrence joins Jade from Flexicon, where he worked on quality and operational improvement initiatives across the construction and transportation sectors.

According to the editorial, his previous work included reducing customer service costs through the implementation of quality-focused systems and processes.

Richard Lawrence, QHSE Manager at Jade, said: “Jade is on the cusp of significant growth, and it is essential to integrate both operational and cultural systems to create a strong framework to support that growth as efficiently as possible.”

Lawrence added that the company’s customer-focused approach would remain central while processes continued to evolve to support efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The editorial also noted Lawrence’s background working with SMEs and his focus on continuous improvement supported through mentorship from The Deming Institute.
