Homebrite Limited has won FENSA’s April Installation of the Month award for a cottage installation in Kent showcasing detailed finishing and sympathetic product selection.
According to FENSA, the project stood out for its considered design approach and overall installation quality.
The installation featured twin rebate flush casement windows from Liniar’s Resurgence range, finished in Chartwell Green to complement the character of the property.
FENSA said assessors were particularly impressed by the finishing detail throughout the project, including externally matched silicone and a concealed trickle vent arrangement designed to maintain the clean appearance of the installation.
The Installation of the Month initiative recognises projects completed by FENSA-approved installers across the UK, highlighting workmanship, technical standards and customer service.
“This project is a great example of how the right product choice, combined with careful detailing, can transform a property while remaining sympathetic to its character,” said Sam Davies, Technical Manager at FENSA.
“The attention to detail is clear throughout, from the colour choice through to the finishing elements. Homebrite Limited delivered an installation that not only looks impressive but also reflects the high level of workmanship and consideration we look for in Installation of the Month entries.”
According to FENSA, the homeowner also praised the installation process, highlighting the team’s cleanliness, organisation and ability to complete the work within the agreed timeframe.
As part of the award, Homebrite Limited will be entered into the FENSA Installation of the Year competition and will also receive professional social media assets and £50 in Amazon vouchers.
