Safeware branded promotional leaflets, posters, and window vinyls for replacement window and door hardware displayed together

Safeware Trade Counter Support

Safeware is supporting its growing number of trade counter customers to maximise the sales potential of replacement window and door hardware with a comprehensive suite of professionally designed merchandising and point-of-sale materials.

Developed as part of Safeware’s turnkey trade counter solution, the promotional package gives branches the tools they need to raise awareness of the replacement hardware range and help customers quickly identify what is available.

The suite includes replacement hardware leaflets, countertop literature, promotional posters and window vinyls, all carrying consistent Safeware branding and messaging around the company’s complete replacement hardware solution for windows and doors.

Rob Hartill, Commercial Director at Safeware, said: “Having the right products available is only part of the equation. If customers don’t know you stock replacement hardware, you can easily miss an opportunity to make an additional sale. That’s why we’ve put as much thought into how the range is promoted as we have into the products themselves. Our merchandising package gives trade counters professionally designed materials they can use throughout the branch to put the replacement hardware offer firmly in front of customers.”

The promotional materials work alongside Safeware’s floor-mounted carousel displays, which are supplied fully assembled and ready to position in branch. Together, they provide a coordinated and professional presentation without individual branches needing to develop their own marketing materials.

Rob continued: “Replacement hardware lends itself particularly well to incremental sales. Someone might have come into the branch for an entirely different product, but seeing the range promoted can remind them about a failed handle, hinge or lock they need for another job.”
He continued: “The aim is to create those prompts throughout the customer journey. From the window through to the counter and the carousel itself, we’re making it easy for branches to communicate the breadth of products they have available.”

Safeware’s trade counter programme was initially rolled out across 21 branches in four regions, including Quay Plastics, Shepherds, National Plastics and PBS. Following the positive response, it has already expanded beyond its original scope, with additional Safeware carousels now being introduced into a new independent trade counter network.

Rob concluded: “The response has been extremely positive and we’re continuing to talk to other businesses interested in developing their replacement hardware offer. As the programme grows, we’ll continue to support our trade counter partners with the products, merchandising and promotional tools they need to generate additional sales.”
