Eurocell, the UK specialist in home improvement products, has completed a full refurbishment of its Birkenhead trade branch, introducing a purpose-built space that puts its extensive range of windows and doors on display for the local trade community.
Now open at Units 9-10, Egerton Court, Birkenhead CH41 1FN, the refreshed branch has been transformed from a traditional trade counter into a destination for installers to bring their customers.
The centrepiece is a dedicated display area where tradespeople can explore the full breadth of Eurocell’s window and door portfolio in person. Local installers can now assess hardware quality, frame construction and finish before committing to a specification.
The revamped space has also been designed with end customers in mind. Installers can bring homeowners into the branch to walk through style options, colour choices and configurations, helping them make more informed decisions about their projects before work begins.
Mick Phillips, Branch Manager at Birkenhead, said: "Birkenhead has a strong and active trade community, and this investment shows our commitment to the best support possible. We've got a fantastic team here who genuinely know their products inside out, whether that's helping an installer choose the right composite door for a period property or working through the technical spec on a larger development.
"What excites me most is the conversations we're able to have. When you've got the products right in front of you on display, it's much easier to match the right solution to the job. We're not just here to process orders; we want to be a proper resource for the local trade and help our customers grow their businesses especially at a time when we know the market is challenging.”
Alongside the new showroom experience, the Birkenhead branch continues to prioritise speed and convenience, offering 1 hour click-and-collect and free delivery direct to site.
Trade professionals in the area can also take advantage of Eurocell’s ‘Power Up’ discount scheme, earning points with every purchase to redeem against rewards at major retailers.
The branch stocks a comprehensive range of PVC-U and aluminium windows and doors, conservatories, composite doors, roofline products, and outdoor solutions including fencing and decking. Among the highlights is the recently-launched Peak Collection, a range of 48mm solid timber-core composite doors engineered for superior security, thermal performance and striking kerb appeal.
The Birkenhead reopening is part of Eurocell’s network of more than 200 trade branches nationwide, through which the company supports over 40,000 trade professionals.
