Freefoam Customer Video

Freefoam Building Products has released a new customer video featuring Bury Plastics, highlighting the company’s recent expansion and celebrating its continued success as part of Freefoam’s Helping Customers Grow campaign.

Filmed at Bury Plastics’ newly expanded unit, the video captures the scale of the business and the day-to-day activity that underpins its reputation for service and reliability. Footage from across the warehouse and yard includes Freefoam product racking, merchandising displays and delivery vehicles leaving site, reflecting how the business has grown year on year while remaining focused on customer service.

Owner and Managing Director Paul Herrick shares the story of Bury Plastics’ development and future ambitions in the film. The video also shines a spotlight on the people behind the business, from its close-knit team and support for apprentices to the family story at its heart, with Paul’s son Will recently joining the company while completing his degree.

A central theme of the video is the long-standing partnership between Bury Plastics and Freefoam. As part of the Helping Customers Grow campaign, the film demonstrates how Freefoam supports customers beyond product supply, from providing leads and market insight through Area Sales Manager Matt O’Leary to helping businesses broaden their product offering. Scenes filmed in the warehouse include displays of Freefoam fascia, soffit, cladding and Geopanel, as well as deliveries arriving on site.
