MB Frames Impresses

On October 25th, MB Frames hosted an excellent open day at their Bristol factory, welcoming over 60 customers throughout the day. This impressive turnout came despite a significant obstacle: a lorry fire led to the closure of the M5 from Junction 20 at 10:30 a.m, complicating travel for attendees.

The open day presented an excellent opportunity for customers to see MB Frame’s newly refurbished showrooms and gain expert advice from suppliers whilst enjoying local Somerset cider and woodfired pizzas!

They day started at noon when MB Frames paused all production, freeing up staff to become brand ambassadors. This worked exceptionally well as during the day visitors could easily identify MB Frames’ staff by their distinctive purple shirts for a personal guided factory tour with full access to their operations, facilities and newly reopened showroom.

MB Frames’ Sales Director, Paul Young comments:

“Our open day was all about thanking our customers for their loyalty and continued support. This was made possible by our staff on site and crucially by our suppliers Deceuninck and AluK who supplied all the components and artwork for our new showroom. In fact, all of our suppliers went above and beyond,  offering support and advice to our customers on the day itself, so a big thank goes out to Gary, Kevin, Chris, Carol, Steve, Colin and Lydia!”

The new and improved showroom spans two levels with the first floor displaying the outstanding  Royale range of PVCu windows using Deceuninck and Distinction. On hand during the event Deceunick Directors, Chris Jones & Carol Hearn along with Sales Manager - Steve Jones offered expert advice and experience to guests. They were also backed up by Distinction’s Area Sales Manager - Colin Grey, providing answers for any door related queries.

On the ground floor visitors can see MB Aluminium’s premium range of Casement, Flush, and Tilt and Turn Windows plus Residential, Patio, French and Bifolding Doors. Kevin Bonnar - Sales Director  and Lydia Pevsner - Marketing Manager from AluK, provided even more expert advice to visitors.

In the conference room Gary Cox from Total Hardware shared his experience and knowledge, whilst ICAAL’s Chris & Sam demonstrated the full service of their marketing agency.

Among the visitors were Steve and Lorraine, owners of Somerton Windows in Somerset, who have the title of being MB Frames first customer. Installing around 15 doors and 40 windows monthly, they have tried other suppliers but return to MB Frames for their consistent high-quality and exceptional service, which helps Somerton Windows maintain its reputation for excellence in Somerset.

Also in attendance were Jeremy, Tony and Ange from Clearway Doors and Windows, based in Cheltenham and Gloucester. They first connected with Paul at the FIT Show eight years ago. Since then they have relied on them for windows and composite doors. Despite being able to source cheaper alternatives, Clearway values MB Frame’s superior quality and service, which Jeremy credits as essential for maintaining strong customer relationships.

With a legacy of over 30 years in the industry, MB Frames employs more than 70 skilled staff and produces around 800 Deceuninck PVCu frames each week, along with aluminium products from AluK and a range of composite doors from Distinction with hardware supplied by Total Hardware.

All PVCu frames come with limited options, which gives a greater consistency to the end product. A dedicated six man team ensures quality standards and customer satisfaction remain exceptionally high. MB Frames' quality checks use fitter-friendly thinking to increase ease of installation, they fit all add-ons, internal trickle vents and hardware, and on customer request, they remove all tape and clean the profile. This attention to detail helps MB Frames’ customers to grow their own business knowing they don’t have any product issues. Customers also know and can rely on lightning fast quotes within 24 hours.

MB Frames’ highly successfully open day not only showcased the company’s robust production capabilities but also highlighted the strong, enduring partnerships they have built with clients, reinforcing their standing in a competitive market.
