South Wales’ premier home improvement company, First Class Windows, Doors & Conservatories, has become the latest addition to Conservatory Outlet’s Network of Premium Retailers.
Founded by the husband-and-wife duo Paul & Melanie Webster, First Class counts on decades of experience in the industry as the pair have owned and operated several home improvement businesses throughout their successful 30-year career.
First Class is an established name in the region. Based at their marquee showroom in Caerphilly, the company services the entirety of South Wales, including the major cities of Newport, Swansea and Cardiff.
Drawn to the Conservatory Outlet Network by the Wakefield manufacturer’s leading marketing support and market-leading suite of products, First Class is geared up for its next phase of growth on the back of strong and consistent sales results.
And by becoming an accredited Premium Retailer, First Class will gain exclusivity across South Wales, alongside ongoing marketing support from Conservatory Outlet’s in-house team and its partner agency, DigitalKOG.
Speaking of First Class’ decision to become a Premium Retailer and join the Conservatory Outlet Network, Paul Webster, Managing Director at First Class, said: “This partnership will allow us to accelerate our growing brand in key locations. By being able to rely on industry-leading marketing output, including SEO, PPC and traditional literature, we’ll reach more homeowners than ever before.
Melanie, the company’s Finance Director, echoed Paul’s comments, adding: “Becoming South Wales’ first Premium Retailer alongside being able to sell Conservatory Outlet’s exclusive range of windows, doors and living space products will be key differentiators in what is a competitive industry.
“We’re all delighted to be working with Greg, Mick, Karen and everyone involved with Conservatory Outlet. Their network model, combined with their Premium Retailer accreditation, means that we can sell their exceptional product collections and benefit from their lead generation and marketing expertise.”
In true Conservatory Outlet style, First Class will receive a brand-new, industry-leading website and a custom-designed suite of branded brochures. Also planned are an enhanced PPC and multi-channel digital campaign, as well as a series of retail videos.
Paul added: “The team at Conservatory Outlet has already delivered software training to our sales team to help them understand and sell the benefits of the Extreme, Envisage and Eclipse window collections, as well as the Forté composite door range.
“To be working with a supply partner that understands our business and works with us to achieve growth is refreshing. We’re looking forward to taking our business to the next level of growth.”
That growth will see the First Class double its staff count over the next eighteen months and open further showrooms and several new customer-service hubs across South Wales Greg Kane, Conservatory Outlet CEO, adds: “We’ve long admitted Paul and Melanie’s success. We’ve watched from afar as they’ve successfully managed several businesses; their track record in South Wales is second to none.
“I firmly believe that it’s all about the right move at the right time for both businesses and the timing couldn’t be better. We look forward to supporting Paul, Melanie and the First Class team and working with them to help First Class grow through the rest of 2024 and beyond.
