Exlabesa Architecture UK achieved outstanding success during its exhibition at the FIT Show. The company showcased a stand of over 170m2 created to highlight the extensive possibilities of its façade and enclosure systems. Thousands of professionals from across the country visited the stand to discover first-hand the latest innovations and new aluminium systems developed specifically for the UK market by the multinational company.

The product that caught the most attention at Exlabesa's stand was Xladeco, an interior door and partition solution, featuring aluminium profiles with an elegant industrial style. Its ultra-slim sightlines of only 30mm and its stepped profile design make Xladeco the ideal choice for residential and commercial spaces. It seamlessly combines functionality and sophistication to create versatile, modern environments that are perfectly in line with the latest interior design trends.
This system provides an excellent way to install partitions that maximise natural light, while offering outstanding flexibility in the distribution and use of spaces. Available in a wide variety of RAL, anodised or wood-effect finishes, it offers complete creative freedom and customisation options.
Furthermore, it stands out for its innovative Quickfit assembly system, which eliminates complex machining operations, optimises fabrication times and reduces costs.
Exlabesa showcased several innovative products, each offering advanced features for both residential and commercial applications. The KC-75 PRO is an evolution of the popular KC-75 window, designed to surpass current Part L requirements while offering ultra-slim sightlines. The KT-75 PRO is a new tilt-and-turn window within the 75 mm suite, known for its impressive U-values and slim profiles, making it ideal for various building types. Also introduced at the event was Xlafold Slim, an enhanced version of Exlabesa's best-selling bi-fold door system, now featuring 120 mm sash-to-sash sightlines without extensions, a pre-gasketed bead, and a new 15 mm low threshold. Meanwhile, the Xlaslide PRO offers an innovative panoramic sliding door capable of sash dimensions up to 4000×4000 mm and supporting up to 500 kg per panel, perfect for large-scale installations.
Lastly, Exlabesa presented the EDW-160, a new façade cladding system that enhances both the aesthetic and thermal performance of building envelopes.
