Customer First Drives Investment For Alchemy

The customer first strategy at Alchemy Architectural Aluminium based in Walsall, West Midlands has been given another boost by their recent investment in new state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment.
 
The £30,000 plus investment included a bigger compressor and CNC crimper, all designed to speed up delivery times to customers from around 3 weeks to 5-10 days, depending on the product and capacity at the time of order.
 
MD Ian Moorcroft said ‘We always put the customer at the centre of what we do and in order to achieve quicker lead times we invested in more equipment. This new equipment means we’ve been able to offer improved efficiencies in many areas including delivery times. It also means we can offer a more varied range of products to a wider audience. We invite people with more technically challenging projects to call us to see how we can create the most cost-effective answer to their problem.’
 
Alchemy’s customer first strategy is also being underpinned by their commitment to training with a further 5 team members embarking on NVQs ranging from surveying to fabrication. Continuous training is central to their customer first ethos to ensure that quality is top of the agenda and customers received their products on spec and on time.
