Trade and retail fabricator Sign Windows says its business has been ‘transformed’ since moving to Deceuninck. Within the first year, Sign’s turnover has increased by over 65%.
Following a management buy-out in 2019 the Leicester fabricator set ambitious growth plans and switched to Deceuninck to capitalise on the growing premium sector.
Jake Dickman, Production Manager at Sign Windows says: “We saw the market changing: all the growth is at the top end with colour and premium products. We knew we needed a better product offering to tap into this market and Deceuninck was the logical choice.
“We weren’t expecting switching systems to be an easy process but their technical support and customer service are second-to-none. The team made the whole process simple and problem free!”
Sign Windows fabricates and sells Deceuninck’s Flush Sash window, Flush Sash door, 2800 series and 2500 series. The fabricator says these products, along with the wide colour range are extremely popular with both trade customers and homeowners: “Customers love the new products and they’re easy to manufacture and install. Colour from Deceuninck is just brilliant - it doesn’t matter which colour you pick, you know it’s going to be there on the next delivery. Even with special colours we only have to wait 3-4 weeks which, as you know, compared to the rest of the industry is incredible! We’ve seen fantastic growth since moving and we’re confident we’ll continue to grow.”
Deceuninck MD Rob McGlennon says: “They have seen phenomenal growth since moving to Deceuninck. They were quick to realise they needed the right products, colours and support to build sales. The team at Sign has a real drive to succeed and, coupled with their hard work and customer-friendly approach, this has helped fuel their growth.”
