Endurance has added two new Service Engineers to their team. Stef Sizer and Ian Longstaffe have been appointed to improve customer service levels at every point of the customer journey.
From placing an order through to post installation, this will help the companies customers to secure more happy homeowners.
Both Stef and Ian will be utilising over 20 years’ experience to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible, offering their expertise from differing roles. Stef has previously been a Senior Service Engineer for many years. Over this time, he fitted hundreds of doors and will be bringing his product and installation knowledge to the team.
Ian will also be complementing the team with the knowledge he has gained as an employee of some of the biggest names in the fenestration industry, working as both a Senior Installer and Senior Service Engineer. He’ll be on hand to ensure the Preferred Endurance Installer Network gets the exact support that it requires. These two new additions will be managed by Chris Hindley, new Technical Services Manager with over 21 years’ experience in the industry.
Stef Sizer commented: “I’m really excited to be joining the team. Having fitted hundreds of their doors in my previous roles, I have a great knowledge of the product itself.”
Alongside better customer service, their addition will also mean a reduced waiting time for customers requiring a service call from engineers.
Ian commented: “Having previously worked as a Senior Fitter, I am well aware of all the common issues that our customers might have. I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in and sharing some of the tricks of the trade that will help our Installer Network fit our products to the highest of standards.”
