‘10-Minute Install’ Mastertrack Internal Sliding Door Major Pull At Glasstec
Bohle has reported ‘exceptional’ levels of interest in its MasterTrack premium internal sliding door system, at this year’s Glasstec. With a statement 1,000m2 stand Bohle’s offer at this year’s event formed a ‘micro exhibition’ in its own right, showcasing the latest innovations in glass hardware, processing tools, consumables and machinery technology.
This included MasterTrack their new highly engineered and flexible internal sliding door system, which combines exceptionally smooth and ultra-quiet running with a series of significant installation efficiencies.
Fitted in as little as 10-minutes and requiring no glass processing to install, it’s able to accommodate glass thickness from 8mm to 12.76mm and maximum sash weights of up to 150kg utilizing a single wall mounted or ceiling hung track.
“The running carriages are positioned flush with the edge of the glass”, explained MD, Dave Broxton. “There’s no measuring or glass processing involved. Glass is simply clamped between specially developed reprocessed cork pads and tightened to a specific torque.
“Those visiting the stand at Glasstec this year also saw the fact that the system is modular, as a real advantage with a single track profile across 60kg, 80kg, 120kg and 150kg, cited as another key advantage. The response we received was exceptional even for a new product launch.”
The slim sightline system is available in aluminium, stainless steel, black and anthracite grey finishes.
“We also saw incredible interest in our range of sedimentors, taking 10 orders at the show, as people switch on to the benefits to edge quality and performance that they deliver, in addition to significant cost savings”, said Broxton.
