ERA's OEM Sales Team Now Headed Up By John Chambers
As part of its ongoing approach to putting the customer first, ERA’s OEM area sales team is now headed up by John Chambers. With over forty years’ experience in the industry, John will be a familiar face to many. Overseeing seven area managers, John is part of the Sales Leadership Team.
The companies commitment to Investors in People means a focus for John’s role lies in mentoring the company’s sales team, providing guidance in what the company calls ‘The ERA Way’, a standardised training approach covering a broad range of business considerations. John will assist the OEM sales team in working closely with customers to understand their business and providing comprehensive solutions to support their commercial goals.
John’s appointment, coupled with their new 135,625 sq ft site on the i54 business park, mark a new, more forward-looking approach by the business. The new building is now home to the state-of-the-art research and product development hub, design team, test facilities as well as manufacturing, warehousing and training facilities. Commenting on his new role, John says:
